2. SPECIAL SHIPPING: you can use a visa/mc card over telephone or by asking Tom for special e-mail instructions (especially useful for International customers, who cannot use the click and shop option).

SHIPPING
Tom ships by U.S. Priority Mail. Unframed prints in acetate sleeves are loosely rolled into wide-diameter heavy shipping tubes. Shipping/handling charges are automatically calculated by the website, if your charges go over the actual costs Tom will refund you the difference (this sometimes happens on large multiple print orders). Genrally we ship about once each week, usually between Wed.-Friday.
REFUND POLICY
All prints are returnable within 2 weeks for a full refund (if in condition as shipped) excluding shipping charges. Refunds are always made thru the website to whatever payment form you used in inital purchase.
