Printing History: These immense Giant Sequoias were sketched by Killion in the Giant Forest, Sequoia National Park and turned into a multi-block woodblock print in 2020 (sold out). A first edition of enlarged-format giclee prints was produced in 2022, and sold out. This second edition of 95 plus some artist proofs was developed from an original woodcut proof printed by Killion on cream-colored Torinoko paper that brings out the richness of the forest colors.
