Tom Killion's "Ukiyo-e House" is located between forest and meadow on Inverness Ridge, overlooking the wetlands at the head of Tomales Bay. The house is a 2002 custom-built two-story 3-bdrm 2-bath with a big dining-kitchen and a ’sunken’ living room. There are lots of stairs, so not appropriate for people with walking disabilities. Sleeps 4-6 adults w/ a couple of younger children or a combo like that (2 queen beds, 2 singles and a few pull-out futons for kids). We are on septic so 6 people over 12 y/o is the absolute max. From mid-June-Labor Day and Xmas week we are renting for 5-night ‘weeks’ (Thursday -Tuesday or by arrangement). Fall-Winter-Spring we have 3-night 'weekends' available. Note we have a Transit Occupancy Tax in Marin that is going to increase to 14% from Jan. 1, 2019, this tax is added to the rental fees and cleaning fee.
